WELCOME TO NOORDELIJK ENTERPRISES, INC.
Noordelijk Enterprises, Inc. takes it's name after
Kris Seiter's
beautiful Keeshond, Nadja, pictured with Kris at left. "Noordelijk
Engel Nadja" or Northern Angel. Nadja is the inspiration for training and
developing strong bonds with all dogs especially those that have
overcome hurdles in life. Kris runs Noordelijk Enterprises,
Inc. with the help of her husband Rhett Christopher Aleksandr.
Rhett has been trained exclusively under his wife for two years and
has run her top dogs in many competitive events. Rhett handles
with power and speed like a true athlete and has a wonderful way
with all dogs. He also has an amazing relationship with his
In-Laws Border Collie Flame and they are truly amazing to watch on
course. Rhett now teaches Kris' dog sport program working
privately with students. Kris teaches 25 classes a week along
with private lesson training as well has holding two Director of
Training Positions. Rhett will be soon competing with his
Hungarian Mudi, Ugri, and has his own Border Collie Boy on the way.
Rhett loves taking care of the farm and all the animals love him.
Kris and Rhett will soon be welcoming a Kune Kune Pig to their pack
of animals and he will be trained through clicker like all of their
animals. In Addition, Private and Group lessons available, clinics and seminars on all topics, video analysis, E-mail Consultations, personal couching, physical conditioning, Agility and Obedience Program Development and instructor training. All breeds are welcome. Kris Seiter has been a K9 Performance Sport Trainer for 10 years, has been competing in agility for 12 years and has been formally training dogs for 18 years. Kris' dogs have been Nationally ranked for the last 7 years earning yearly 10 ten world placements points, with multiple dogs and with different breeds. Kris has multiple Agility Championships and has competed in the Final events at the CynoSport World Games in 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, and 2009. Within this web site, you will learn about Kris and her training philosophies, meet her large array of dogs that share her life and learn where she provides her training services throughout the NY Metropolitan area. Kris specializes in independent Northern breeds and has developed a system to instill a strong work ethic and love for working in her dogs and her students' dogs. Keeshonden are among her favorite breed of dogs and are known for being very independent. They are the National Dogs of Holland and spent their time on river barges ridding them of vermin and protecting their masters. They are medium sized dogs with an independent nature, full of boundless energy and a loving nature. They make wonderful companions with their colorful personalities and smiling Dutch grins. As with any independent breed, they are brilliantly intelligent and wonderful to work with. "Noordelijk Engel Nadja", left, inspires Kris everyday in her training. Nadja is a professional ball player and is always up for a game of soccer, any time and in any weather. She is sassy and full of life and will work every situation to her advantage. She is a once in a life time dog and has overcome so many hurdles in her life. At ten years old, she is as lively today as when she was a young lady.
Kris fine tunes the
communication process with less biddable dogs through her training
program and teaches her students to do the same with their dogs.
